Tasks Overview Page
The [View] Filters
- Open tasks shows all non-[Closed] tasks
- Unread tasks shows all new tasks that you have not viewed
- Updated tasks shows all tasks that have been updated since the last time you viewed the task
- Tasks that need my approval shows all [Completed] and [Duplicate] tasks that you created
- Bookmarked tasks shows all tasks that you bookmarked
- Recently viewed tasks shows all tasks that you viewed starting from the last viewed task
- Tasks created by... shows all tasks created by a specified user. When this option is selected, a second dropdown menu appears that allows you to select a user.
- Tasks exceeding estimate shows all tasks whose Actual Hours exceeds its Estimate
- Tasks with no estimate shows all tasks that do not have an Estimate
- Tasks with no milestone shows all tasks that do not have a related Milestone
- All tasks shows all tasks
- Not Started tasks shows all tasks that have a status of [Not Started]
- Active tasks shows all tasks that have a status of [Active]
- Completed tasks shows all tasks that have a status of [Completed]
- Duplicate tasks shows all tasks that have a status of [Duplicate]
- On Hold tasks shows all tasks that have a status of [On Hold]
- Closed tasks shows all tasks that have a status of [Closed]
