The [View] Filters

All projects shows all projects
Open projects shows all non-[Closed] projects
Tasks actual hours > project estimate shows all projects where the tasks' actual hours exceeds the project's estimate
Tasks estimated hours > project estimate shows all projects where the tasks' estimated hours exceeds the project's estimate
Proposed projects shows all projects that have a status of [Proposed]
Active projects shows all projects that have a status of [Active]
Closed projects shows all projects that have a status of [Closed]
On Hold projects shows all projects that have a status of [On Hold]

Open Tasks is the number of non-[Closed] tasks
Actual Hours is the sum of the Tasks' Actual Hours (See Editing Tasks » Step #3)
Estimated Hours is the Project's Estimated Hours (See Creating a new project » Step #7)
